There is a patch for Gentoo which apparently works (it compiles). http://cesium.di.uminho.pt/pub/gentoo-portage/net-misc/ksb26/files/ksb26-0.0.4_unreg_chrdev.patch ksb26 0.0.4 doesn’t seem to compile against newer kernels (I’m using 2.6.29.4).
